How ApkiWeb collects, uses, and protects your business data.

When you register for ApkiWeb's managed web services, we collect essential business information required to build and host your website. This includes your name, business name, WhatsApp contact number, email address, and billing information. For end-users visiting our clients' websites, we may collect non-personally identifiable information such as browser types and IP addresses for basic performance tracking.
We use your provided information strictly to deliver our managed services. This includes configuring your website, setting up domain registrations (.com, .pk), routing customer inquiries directly to your WhatsApp, managing monthly subscription billing, and providing technical support.
Our infrastructure relies on trusted third-party providers. We utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console to provide you with visitor tracking. Order routing relies on WhatsApp (Meta). Payment processing is handled securely by integrated local gateways (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Direct Bank Transfers). ApkiWeb does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to outside marketing agencies.
Security is built into our core packages. Every website hosted on the ApkiWeb infrastructure is protected by enterprise-grade SSL certificates, encrypting traffic between your customers and your website. While we utilize secure, premium Singapore-based servers, no digital transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
ApkiWeb acts as a hosting and infrastructure provider. When a customer places an order on an ApkiWeb-hosted site, that data is routed directly to the business owner's personal WhatsApp or payment gateway. ApkiWeb does not intercept, store, or process these private customer communications. Our clients are solely responsible for how they handle their own customers' data.
